About Our Credit Generator
The transferable §45Q tax credits available through Redirect Tax Partners originate from an established carbon removal platform operating in the Midwestern United States. While the identity of the generator remains confidential until appropriate confidentiality agreements are in place, qualified taxpayers and their advisors receive access to detailed diligence materials during the review process.
The generator has been operating continuously since 2019 and specializes in large-scale atmospheric carbon removal through a proprietary biological Direct Air Capture (DAC) process. Unlike projects that focus solely on emissions reduction, this platform is designed to remove existing carbon dioxide directly from the atmosphere and permanently store it through a highly documented carbon capture and sequestration process.
Over the past seven years, the platform has generated more than 3.5 million verified tons of carbon dioxide removal and maintains substantial multi-vintage inventory available for qualified buyers. The underlying projects are supported by continuous monitoring systems, independent third-party validation, ISO-compliant lifecycle assessments, and formal documentation designed to withstand rigorous review by corporate tax departments, CPAs, tax counsel, and institutional investors.
A distinguishing feature of the platform is its focus on permanence. Captured carbon is converted into stable forms that are integrated into agricultural soils and undergo a natural mineralization process that creates long-term carbon storage. The project's monitoring, reporting, and verification protocols are designed to provide a high level of transparency and accountability throughout the credit lifecycle.
Each transferable credit is supported by extensive documentation, including independent verification, legal analysis, and compliance materials available during the diligence process. Credits are registered and tracked through applicable IRS procedures and are structured to support sophisticated taxpayers seeking institutional-grade documentation and transaction support.
At Redirect Tax Partners, we work closely with the generator, your CPA, tax counsel, and advisory team to help evaluate whether these credits are appropriate for your tax planning objectives and to facilitate a professional, organized review process from start to finish.
